Senior Software Developer – Connectivity & Security

As a Senior Software Developer – Connectivity & Security, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining software applications & services. Working in the areas of embedded medical ultrasound systems, cloud solutions, desktop applications, platform and integrating applications to Hospital IT systems and other 3rd party systems.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure.
• Evolve and improve connectivity and privacy & security capabilities of the products.
• Provide technical leadership when needed.
• Work with Product Line Leaders (PLLs) to understand product requirements & vision.
• Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables.
• Drive world-class quality in the development and support of products.
• Do privacy and security risk assessments, threat modelling and security testing.
• Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
