Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager – Internal Projects is responsible for planning and executing internal development, pilot and modification projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery in support of technology development and qualification.

Job responsibilities:

• Owner-Side Project Management: Act as project manager on behalf of the company for internal development, pilot and larger modification projects; define project scope, objectives, and success criteria; maintain overall responsibility for project delivery (scope, cost, schedule, quality).
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, including schedule, budget, and resource needs; ensure structured execution from concept through completion and handover; follow up progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordination of Resources & Projects: Identify and mobilize relevant internal resources; coordinate and manage interfaces with the company’s projects as a services provider; define clear scopes of work and expectations.
• HSE & Compliance: Ensure all projects are executed in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards; identify, assess, and manage project risks; ensure proper documentation, reviews, and approvals.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with Technology Development, Process Engineering, and other internal stakeholders; align project activities with test programs and facility constraints.
• Technical Implementation: Ensure translation of technical requirements into practical solutions; follow up design, installation, and modification work; support commissioning and verification.
• Continuous Improvement & Learning: Capture and transfer lessons learned; contribute to improving internal project models and governance.
