LCI Coordinator
As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner, NES Advantage is looking for an LCI Coordinator in Bergen. Aker Solutions manages energy assets throughout their life cycle, ensuring safe operations, optimizing field utilization, and enabling life extensions. The company is actively involved in decarbonization efforts, including brownfield electrification of offshore facilities.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate and follow up LCI deliverables throughout project execution.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, specifications, and LCI standards.
- Monitor and report progress and status of LCI activities.
- Act as the focal point for LCI-related support and clarifications across project disciplines.
- Verify and maintain the quality of LCI documentation and metadata.
- Ensure timely delivery of LCI documentation according to project milestones and deadlines.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of LCI processes, requirements, and deliverables within EPC projects.
- Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, is required.
- A good understanding of tag-to-document relationships, metadata structures, and information management principles.
- Experience with and working knowledge of central project applications.
- Proficiency in STID and ProCoSys.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support multidisciplinary project teams.
