Each year more than 300 000 people from all over the world visit us at Scandic Destination Nordkapp and we're looking for team members to help them gather the best possible memories at the North Cape!

This winter– come and explore the Arctic! Go to where the world ends and grow through new challenges. Gather new memories and stories that will stay with you long after the season ends and share your personality and culture with our team here at Scandic Destination Nordkapp.

Your job is to help our visitors experience life above the Arctic Circle. Whether that is by helping them find the perfect gift to bring home, being a great host for our travelers or ensuring all our equipment and facilities are in top shape!

In the winter season, Scandic Destination Nordkapp includes Scandic Bryggen, a small intimate boutique hotel; and Nordkapphallen, the visitor center at the very top of Europe – the North Cape Plateau.

We are looking for Team Members in multiple departments and positions for the winter season:

• Service Employee; Gift Shop: Shop workers for your Gift Shop at Nordkapphallen.
• Service Employee; Outdoor & Parking Host: Hosts for the Outdoor area at Nordkapp.
• Service Employee; Technical Services: Technicians and Staff Transport.

All positions are seasonal with startup late autumn 2026 and lasts until March 2027. The positions will also require work on evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays based on posted schedule.

We provide housing in shared double/triple room. Hourly salary based on the collective agreement for Hotel and Restaurant (Riksavtalen - LO/NHO).
