We are looking for an experienced leader who will continue develop the maintenance operations of the chocolate plant in Oslo and ensure that the site manufacturing can operate without interruption.

Purpose of the role

The Asset and Reliability Manager will lead and develop the full maintenance, asset management, and facility operations at our chocolate factory in Oslo. This is a key leadership role within the site leadership team, with full accountability for a team of 26 employees across maintenance, assets, and facility management.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic asset and reliability road-map and annual operating plan.
• Establish strong governance to review & control operational performance and continuous improvement plans.
• Lead and be accountable for all maintenance, asset, and facility operations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the maintenance and facility team towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working.
• Role model values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring, and capability building.
• Manage and develop your team and team structure to deliver on current and future business needs.
