Come support Easee's partners
At Easee, we want to make life easier -- for our partners and the people who support them. As our Partner Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for helping partners solve problems fast and building the structured workflows that let our support ecosystem scale.
You'll work at the intersection of partners, internal teams, and technology --- training Support Providers to solve issues independently, keeping warranty and support processes running smoothly, and continuously improving how we support the partners who install and maintain our chargers.
What you will do
- Be the primary point of contact for partners on technical and warranty matters.
- Train and guide Support Providers so they can resolve issues independently.
- Handle partner inquiries and warranty claims efficiently in line with established procedures.
- Build and maintain structured workflows across partner support, warranty, and integration processes.
- Continuously improve the partner experience, informed by feedback and data.

Requirements
- You must be fluent in both Norwegian and English.
- You possess strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- You have the ability to balance reactive support with proactive process improvements.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
