Job Description

CGM Pridok is looking for a new Training Consultant to join our team!

Is customer onboarding something you are passionate about? Do you enjoy teaching, helping others and making complex things easy to understand? Is being on the road and meeting new people your dream way of working? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the role:

As a Training Consultant, you will become highly skilled in using our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. You will learn how CGM Pridok supports healthcare professionals in their daily work -- from documenting patient health information and prescribing electronic prescriptions to making health information available to patients through Helsenorge and enabling secure electronic communication and collaboration between healthcare providers. You will travel across Norway to meet and train doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

As a Training Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality training to new and existing CGM Pridok customers across Norway.
  • Travel across Norway to provide face-to-face training for doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Plan and adapt training sessions to different customer groups, levels of experience and ways of learning.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and create a positive and engaging learning experience.
  • Share feedback, insights and learnings from customers with the wider CGM Pridok team.
  • Contribute to developing and improving training materials, guides, videos and other learning resources.
  • Support our Sales Executives during tender processes by delivering live demonstrations.

What we offer:

  • A bright and welcoming office located less than 10 minutes from Tønsberg city centre.
  • The opportunity to work directly with healthcare professionals across Norway.
  • A varied working week where you get to travel and meet new people.
  • Career development and growth opportunities.
  • A competitive salary and generous pension package.
  • A flexible working environment built on trust and autonomy.
  • A paid mobile phone subscription.

Requirements

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on relationship building and communication.
  • You are fluent in both Norwegian and English.
  • You hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a car.
  • You are a confident communicator who can explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way.
  • You are flexible and comfortable spending a significant amount of time travelling across Norway.
