Summer Student 2027 - Well Engineering Berling
OMV (Norge) AS is looking for a summer student to join the Well Engineering team for the Berling High Pressure, High Temperature development project in Stavanger.
Your tasks
- Perform well delivery reporting.
- Support Engineers with reviews of offset wells.
- Support Engineers with end-of-well reporting.
- Support Engineers time and cost tracking.
What we offer
Working with OMV during the summer of 2027 will give you almost eight weeks of “hands on” work, supporting the Berling High Pressure, High Temperature development project. The internship will help you develop your engineering knowledge, as well as your collaboration, leadership, communication, presentation, planning and time management skills. You will work with experienced and professional colleagues in multiple disciplines who will guide and support you throughout your summer internship.
Note: Only applicants with valid right to work in Norway will be considered (P or D-number).
Requirements
- You must be currently studying for a degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- You should have a basic understanding of engineering concepts.
- You must be motivated, dedicated, and professional.
- You must be fluent in English.
- Priority consideration is given to students currently pursuing their master’s degree.
- You must have a valid right to work in Norway.
