Operations Analyst

This is not a typical analyst role. While data matters, your mission is to drive cost and profitability improvements across high-volume maintenance contracts and Stadler Service growing business in Norway. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure transparency of contract cost and revenue, and turn insights into action. What You’ll Do

• Bridge operations and finance to drive strategic cost and revenue management across railway service contracts.
• Partner closely with key Operations Managers to translate operational planning and execution status into accurate financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Drive projects to improve whole-life cost and profitability across multiple contracts.
• Maintain and enhance transparency of cost and revenue data for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Planning, Finance, and Sales to deliver results.
• Identify root causes of data gaps (e.g., ERP issues) and implement corrective actions, including training plans.
• Provide clear financial insights (cost types, revenue, EBIT) into management that are driven by operational developments.
• Drive process improvements and ensure data integrity for future initiatives.
