Instrumentation Technician

We are seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join our team in Bergen. The main scope is to inspect incoming parts and report any deviation to the supervisor, as well as execute wiring, connection, setup, and testing according to given requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Wiring and instrumentation of Vx flow meters.
• Software testing of Vx flow meters according to written procedures.
• Assembly of all instrumentation on the Vx flowmeter.
• Quality control of all assembled equipment.
• Soldering of wires according to standard IPC/j-STD-001.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and ESS testing of the finished product.
• Communicate and document any deviation from expected test results in the Non-Conformance system (NCR).
• Ensure all work is performed according to procedures and HSE requirements.
