UX/UI Designer
Are you passionate about user-centered design, strong collaboration, and creating meaningful business impact through great digital experiences? At Finago, we’re setting a new standard for financial and human resources software across the Nordics. Our mission is clear: to become the most customer-centric business software company out there.
To support this journey, we’re now looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team in Oslo. Your mission is to play an important role in shaping the user experience of Finago Office, one of our core products. Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers, you will help create intuitive and valuable user experiences that meet the needs of Nordic accounting professionals.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Interface Design: Create intuitive, accessible, and visually coherent user interfaces using our Design System, while contributing to its continuous improvement.
- Prototyping: Build and refine prototypes in Figma and code to explore ideas, validate concepts, and communicate design solutions with stakeholders and development teams.
- User Research & Discovery: Participate in user research activities, collaborate with users and internal experts, and translate insights into meaningful design improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers across the Nordics to deliver user-centered solutions and continuously improve our products.
Requirements
- You have 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
- You possess fluency in both English and Norwegian.
- You have experience designing digital products, preferably B2B SaaS or responsive web applications.
- You have a portfolio demonstrating both your design process and final outcomes.
- You have experience working in agile product teams and closely with developers.
- You have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
