Reservoir Engineering Advisor

Harbour Energy Norway is looking for a Reservoir Engineering Advisor to join our team in Stavanger. This role involves providing expert advice, leading QA/QC activities, and mentoring staff across various projects including exploration, development, and Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an advisor for all Reservoir Engineering issues, leading QA and QC activities for projects.
• Serve as an Owner or Owner's Representative for the Business Management System (BMS) and Technical Requirements.
• Coach and mentor staff to ensure technical integrity and develop technical skills.
• Provide technical expertise for ad-hoc projects, studies, and internal/external forums.
• Support functional management of the Reservoir Engineering skill pool, including recruitment and training recommendations.
• Promote technical excellence by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
• Participate in audits, verifications, and investigations to ensure performance standards.
• Provide technical support for tenders, contracts, and technology qualification programs.
