Seafood Production operator (Salmon)
We are currently looking for seafood Production Operators for the Oslo region. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in food production who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the production site and department, but may include:
- Food production and processing
- Fileting, trimming of salmon/seafood
- Packing and control of fish on production line
- Operating production equipment and machinery
- Ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP requirements)
- Cleaning and maintaining production areas

Working hours: 06:00-14:00 or 11:00-19:00
Requirements
- You must have at least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or food production.
- You should have experience with fish, seafood, sushi, meat, or poultry production.
- You must be comfortable with physical work and a fast-paced environment.
- You must be able to communicate in English or Norwegian.
- You must be comfortable working in chilled environments and around fresh fish products.
