(Senior) Manager, Platform & SaaS Operations - Scandinavia

Your mission?
As our Operations Manager for Scandinavia, you’ll play a key role in leading the delivery and operational excellence of Finago's SaaS services in the Norwegian/Swedish market. The role ensures high service availability, operational efficiency, and alignment with our Global SaaS Operational Objectives.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Drive strategic input into Global SaaS Operations, lead a team of 7 specialists, and partner with R&D to support service deployment.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, drive continuous improvement, and implement operational frameworks.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop operations & cloud specialists while fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO27001).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in SaaS operations and IT services, including expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- At least 3 years of experience in people leadership, preferably leading a team of five or more.
- Proven experience managing KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and operational performance.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
