Senior Vice President Head of Performance Management

The Senior Vice President, Head of Performance Management leads Statkraft's group-wide planning, forecasting, performance management and financial decision support activities. The position provides forward-looking insight and analysis that enables stronger business performance, supports disciplined capital allocation and enhances decision-making across one of Europe's leading renewable energy companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead group-wide planning, forecasting and target-setting processes.
  • Advise Corporate Management on performance, trade-offs, resource allocation and the financial implications of major business decisions.
  • Ensure capital allocation decisions are supported by consistent and comparable financial analysis.
  • Lead financial decision support for major investment opportunities, including greenfield developments, acquisitions and strategic projects.
  • Build and lead a high-performing organisation focused on performance, accountability and business partnership.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Significant senior leadership experience in Performance management, Group Finance, Corporate Finance, or Investment Analysis.
  • Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, performance management and business analysis.
  • Deep understanding of capital allocation, valuation methodologies, financial decision frameworks and scenario analysis.
  • Experience operating within large industrial, infrastructure, energy or similarly complex organisations.
  • Must be eligible for security clearance and authorization.
