Nordic Service Contract Manager

As a world leader in cleaning technology, Kärcher is known for innovation, quality, and sustainability. We are looking for a structured and commercially-minded Nordic Service Contract Manager to join our team in Oslo.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Contract Lifecycle: Take full ownership of creating, maintaining, and renewing all service contracts in our SAP and Oneview systems, with a key focus on centralizing and automating renewal processes.
  • Support Sales & Pricing: Collaborate with service managers to determine contract pricing and actively support the sales team with quotations and strategic insights.
  • Oversee Service Execution: Manage the follow-up of all work orders related to contracts, track their completion, and ensure all necessary service checklists are obtained.
  • Drive Profitability & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and calculate the profitability of service contracts.
  • Optimize Customer Communication: Streamline and digitalize communication with customers regarding all aspects of their service contracts.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in service contract management, finance controlling, or a highly relevant administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and financial controlling.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM systems (e.g., Oneview).
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Professional fluency in English.
