A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of Siemens Energy Marine Solutions, you will work with some of the most advanced technologies in the maritime industry. From supporting vessel electrification projects to commissioning cutting-edge automation systems, no two days are the same.

Working closely with colleagues and customers around the world, you will contribute to sustainable and innovative solutions that help shape the future of the maritime sector. You will work with design/projects, service, commissioning and technical support of Siemens Energy Marine Solutions (UPS, Drives, PLC, HMI, Network, Digitalization). The solutions are mainly based on frequency converters with battery technology and associated automation systems.

You will play a key role in delivering reliable and sustainable solutions to customers worldwide. We offer basic training in our course centers in Trondheim and Oslo, as well as specialized courses in Germany. Requirements

  • You have an education within electrical engineering, automation, or a related discipline.
  • You have experience from marine, offshore, industrial automation, power systems, or high-voltage qualifications.
  • You possess good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal.
  • You are able to work independently while also enjoying collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • You must be prepared for approximately 80-100 travel days per year.
