Join Anvil as Leasing Manager in Oslo

Anvil is seeking a full-time leasing manager to join our office in Oslo to focus on minimizing void and vacancies across our 800,000m² portfolio, which averages more than 50,000m² in new leases and extensions annually. The role covers all of Anvil's leasing efforts in Norway across all real estate segments—engaging directly with potential and existing tenants while also collaborating with leasing brokers and agents. Our projects include ground-up development, major office buildings, industrial portfolios and high street retail properties. The right candidate is versatile, curious and energetic.

Main Responsibilities:

• Spearhead leasing efforts in Norway across all real estate segments with a primary focus on solving vacancies.
• Engage directly with existing and potential tenants to build lasting tenant relationships.
• Manage and coordinate with leasing brokers and agents.
• Support the asset managers in lease extensions.
• Produce high-level lease analysis and recommendations to our capital partners in cooperation with the company's asset managers.
