As part of a growth journey, we are seeking a Group Project Controller to join the finance organization and work closely with senior stakeholders across the group. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will play a key role in supporting business-critical decisions, ensuring financial transparency across projects and operations, and helping to establish robust controlling processes in an increasingly complex international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project profitability analysis and business-critical decision-making across the group.
• Partner with sales and operations teams during tendering and commercial evaluation processes.
• Perform project controlling and financial follow-up throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain product costing models and profitability analyses.
• Provide financial insight across the end-to-end value chain, including supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Assist in developing controlling structures, performance metrics, and management reporting across international entities.
• Drive process improvements and support the scaling of finance operations during a period of significant growth.
