Join One of Europe's Fastest-Growing Industrial Companies as Group Project Controller
As part of a growth journey, we are seeking a Group Project Controller to join the finance organization and work closely with senior stakeholders across the group. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will play a key role in supporting business-critical decisions, ensuring financial transparency across projects and operations, and helping to establish robust controlling processes in an increasingly complex international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project profitability analysis and business-critical decision-making across the group.
- Partner with sales and operations teams during tendering and commercial evaluation processes.
- Perform project controlling and financial follow-up throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain product costing models and profitability analyses.
- Provide financial insight across the end-to-end value chain, including supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
- Assist in developing controlling structures, performance metrics, and management reporting across international entities.
- Drive process improvements and support the scaling of finance operations during a period of significant growth.

Requirements
- Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience from project-based businesses.
- Experience in business controlling, project controlling, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and controlling principles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
