Job Description
Omega Subsea has established a dedicated tooling technology company to strengthen our position as a leading provider of innovative subsea solutions. To support this continued growth, we are looking for a responsible and self-driven Survey Asset Coordinator to take ownership of organizing, coordinating and managing Survey equipment and assets, ensuring availability and readiness for rental, sale and deployment across internal and external projects.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Survey and Project teams regarding survey equipment rental and sales.
- Maintain an accurate overview of survey assets across facilities and projects.
- Coordinate equipment movements to and from projects, ensuring availability and traceability.
- Support planning and allocation of equipment according to project requirements.
- Ensure equipment is calibrated, validated, documented and ready for operation.
- Maintain accurate equipment records and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with offshore personnel, project teams, suppliers and rental companies.
- Contribute to developing and improving procedures for survey asset management.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge across a broad range of survey equipment.

Requirements
- You have experience from a technical survey role, survey equipment rental company, or a similar environment.
- You hold a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline, though relevant industry experience may compensate for formal education.
- You possess a strong technical understanding of survey instrumentation and equipment.
- You are comfortable using digital systems for equipment tracking, documentation, and coordination.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, with Norwegian language skills considered an advantage.
