Job Description
DNO Norge AS is looking for motivated students to join our 2027 summer internship programme within Business Support. The internship is planned to have a duration of 6-8 weeks.
During the internship, you will learn how a North Sea operator works and contribute to relevant assignments in one of our Business Support teams. You will be given the training, guidance and support needed to make a meaningful contribution while developing your professional skills. The exact assignment will depend on your academic background, interests and our business needs.
Choose your area
- IT: Support digital workflows, AI, data quality, reporting, systems and user support, cybersecurity awareness or process-improvement initiatives.
- HSSEQ: Contribute to health, safety, environment and quality data, reporting, risk and compliance activities, learning initiatives or continuous improvement.
- Human Resources: Support recruitment and onboarding, employer branding, HR-data and reporting, learning and development and improvement of employee processes.

Requirements
- You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree within a relevant area.
- You will have completed at least two years of higher education before the internship begins.
- You have good general IT skills and can learn new systems and tools quickly.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
- You must hold a valid Norwegian work-permit for the internship period.
