Group Accounting & Process Lead

The role

As a Group Accounting & Process Lead, you will be responsible for preparing the group financial statement and financial reporting while serving as a key driver of digitalisation, automation, and data-driven finance management. You will be part of a strong and forward-looking finance team, working across the organisation to enhance financial processes, strengthen controls, and support high-quality decision-making.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and coordinate group financial statements, consolidation, and external financial reporting.
  • Drive improvements in accounting and reporting processes across the Skuld Group through standardisation, stronger controls, automation, and effective use of Skuld’s systems and new data platform.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within accounting, tax, VAT, and related financial reporting matters.
  • Support finance functions in Skuld’s international entities and branches, including accounting assessments and reporting processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop future-oriented finance solutions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience from accounting, audit or financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of NGAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience with ERP systems, data warehouses and Power BI.
  • Ability to connect accounting expertise with technology and business needs.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, at a high professional level.
