Cook Wanted – Restaurante Carmen, Lillestrøm
Do you have experience working in a professional kitchen and enjoy working with quality ingredients, open-fire cooking and bold flavours? Restaurante Carmen in Lillestrøm is looking for an experienced cook to join the team.
Carmen is a Latin American restaurant in the heart of Lillestrøm, with a menu inspired by flavours and culinary traditions from across Latin America.
A major part of Carmen’s kitchen is cooking meat over the fire grill. We are therefore particularly interested in cooks who are confident working with meat, understand temperatures and different cuts, and enjoy working with fire and high heat. Previous experience working with a Josper grill or similar charcoal oven/grill is a big plus.

Requirements
- You have previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or professional kitchen.

- You work well as part of a team.
- You can communicate in English.
