Supply Chain Director

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Director to lead and develop our end-to-end supply chain—from suppliers and warehouse operations to kitting and final customer delivery. You will be responsible for building an efficient, flexible, and scalable supply chain that supports customer demand and the company’s growth ambitions, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external service partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-quarter supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives and key results.
• Plan, prioritize and manage departmental resources.
• Ensure hardware is delivered on time, within scope and according to customer requirements.
• Take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory management and kitting.
• Maintain the right stock levels while reducing unnecessary cost and capital tied up in inventory.
• Establish and monitor relevant KPIs for delivery performance, cost, quality and stock.
• Manage suppliers, logistics providers and service partners in line with the company’s strategy.
• Establish and maintain clear, up-to-date SLAs with external partners.
• Manage the Sales Back Office team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify risks, improvement opportunities and solutions that support the company’s strategy and roadmap.
