ABB’s Process Automation business delivers a wide range of solutions for both process and hybrid industries. We execute projects within electrical systems and advanced control solutions across sectors such as offshore wind, hydropower, subsea, power-from-shore, oil and gas, and several other industries.
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer in Automation to join ABB’s office in Fornebu. As a project engineer at ABB, you will typically work in multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary project teams
- Plan, design, program, test, and commission projects
- Perform service and follow up on existing customers and installed systems
- Program 800xA controllers and HMIs
- Collaborate with and provide input to the sales organization

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and/or technical vocational education within automation or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to identify simple and practical solutions to complex problems.
