Elkjøp is transforming its Supply Chain to build a more integrated, data-driven and scalable planning organisation. To help us implement and execute on our new Supply Chain strategy we are looking for a Senior Manager, Operational Planning. This role will lead one of our Nordic planning teams and take end-to-end responsibility for demand, replenishment, inventory and availability across a large and dynamic product portfolio.

You will lead a team of approximately 10 planners and coordinators and report to the Head of Supply & Demand Planning. Together with a peer planning team, you will cover the full Nordic assortment across 400+ stores and our digital channels.

This is a role for someone who combines strong planning expertise, people leadership, commercial understanding and analytical thinking — and who wants to improve how planning is done at scale.

What you will do

• Lead and develop your team, building strong capabilities, clear accountability and a performance-driven culture.
• Own demand planning and forecasting, working closely with Category and Buying teams to translate commercial plans into high-quality forecasts.
• Drive replenishment and purchasing, turning forecasts into the right purchase orders and inventory decisions.
• Balance availability and inventory, improving service levels while managing stock turns, working capital and obsolescence risk.
• Build planning that scales, using strong planning logic, parameters and exception-based ways of working across thousands of SKUs.
• Drive lifecycle planning, from new product introductions to phase-out and end-of-life.
• Improve planning processes, systems and tools and contribute actively to S&OP/S&OE.
