We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer Lead to take ownership of process engineering activities across tenders and projects, while leading a globally distributed team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities across tenders and project execution.
• Collaborate with the Discipline Manager to define and align process team objectives within the project.
• Provide appropriate process engineering input to design activities undertaken by other inter-discipline engineering within the project team.
• Act as the process engineering interface with internal disciplines, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables are technically accurate and aligned with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop (junior) process engineers while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment and strong team spirit.
• Execute feasibility studies, conceptual design, and process studies.
• Develop key design documentation (e.g., Heat & Material Balance, PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets) and support other process engineers in their preparation.
• Represent process engineering in technical design reviews (e.g., P&ID, HAZOP, SIL, HAZID) as well as in client and vendor meetings.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
