About the role

XPLORA TECHNOLOGIES AS is looking for an experienced and hands-on Supply Chain Director to lead and develop our end-to-end supply chain operations. Based at our headquarters in Oslo, you will be responsible for building an efficient, flexible, and scalable supply chain that supports our growth ambitions and customer demand, from supplier management to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-quarter supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory management, and kitting processes.
• Manage suppliers, logistics providers, and service partners while maintaining clear SLAs.
• Ensure hardware is delivered on time, within scope, and according to customer requirements.
• Optimize stock levels to reduce costs and capital tied up in inventory.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for delivery performance, cost, quality, and stock.
• Manage the Sales Back Office team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities to support the company roadmap.

Who we are looking for

You are a structured and commercially minded leader with extensive experience in supply chain and logistics. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels to turn plans into measurable results.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Proven experience in managing suppliers, partners, and inventory.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.
• Experience with hardware deliveries, technology products, or international supplier networks is an advantage.
