Ensure the project uses a consistent and agreed approach to the management of cost including reporting and forecasting. Active use of risk- and opportunity evaluation in the budgeting process. Lead a multidisciplinary team covering cost, planning, progress reporting, DCC/LCI, MOC, analysis and reporting. Support finance in license budgeting and act as focal point for coordination. Track expenditure against budgets on dedicated projects.
Support projects in preparation of standard project work breakdown structures for project budgets. Prepare and collate full project cost estimates across project phases. Identify issues and provide recommendations for improvements. Assist in planned and ad-hoc reporting requirements. Coordinate completion of monthly project reports together with project team members to establish cost, financial information and performance.
Support the estimating process to ensure cost risks are identified and appropriately quantified. Review, analyze and challenge supplier and contractor cost reports and study reports together with dedicated project control teams. Monitor and follow up progress reporting aligned with agreed KPIs. Lead and chair cost management meetings with contractors and internal departments involved in the cost process. Interface and coordinate with stakeholders as required. Combine planning and cost data for situational awareness of project status. Drive the process of performing cost and schedule risk analysis.

Requirements
- MSc or BSc in Business Administration, Engineering or a technical certificate in Construction Management is required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant project experience is necessary.
- Proven execution phase project experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills are required.
- Ability to proactively follow up deliverables and project progress.
- A self-organized and self-driven mindset combined with excellent planning and organizational skills.
